NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT that the directors of Fountains of Praise Ministries, Inc., a Pennsylvania Non-Profit Corporation with an address at 9 Fawn Drive, Quarryville, PA 17566, have approved a proposal that the corporation voluntarily dissolve, and that the Board of Directors are now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of the corporation under the provisions of the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988.
