NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION TO CREDITORS OF
AND CLAIMANTS AGAINST BROOKS LAKE, L.P.
Notice is hereby given that Brooks Lake, L.P., a Pennsylvania limited partnership (the "Partnership"), is in the process of dissolving and winding up its affairs.
 
            All persons or entities having a claim against the Partnership are hereby notified to present such claims in writing to the Partnership by mail to 2439 Chatham Court, State College, Pennsylvania 16803.
 
For any claim to be considered, it must: (1) identify the claimant and provide current contact information for such claimant; and (2) state in as much detail as possible the basis for and substance of the claim.  Any claim against the Partnership will be barred unless an action to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with 15 Pa. C.S. § 8687.
