DISSOLUTION – Notice is hereby given to all persons interested or who may be affected by Senco Pool Service, Inc., with registered office at 1838 Roan Dr., Warrington, PA 18976 a PA corporation that the Board of Directors have approved a proposal that the corporation dissolve voluntarily and is now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of the corporation so that its corporate existence shall be ended pursuant to the provisions of the PA Corporation Law of 1988, as amended.
