LEGAL NOTICE In compliance with the General Pretreatment Regulations established in the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR, Part 403), the Rules and Regulations of the Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority, and local municipal ordinances, the Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority is required to publish a list of industrial users who have been in "significant non-compliance" during the past year. Below is a list of industries in significant non-compliance for the calendar year 2025. #1 lntermetro Industries, Corporation 1101 North Washington Street Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705 Violation: Significant Noncompliance (SNC) for Late reporting for September, October, November 2025 self-monitoring reports. Action Taken: Notice of Violations were issued. Overdue reports have been submitted 2-12-26 #2 General Dynamics OTS (Wilkes-Barre), LLC Plant #1 1500 Highway 315 Plains, PA 18702 Violation: Significant Noncompliance (SNC) by Technical Review Criteria of Daily max and monthly average Zinc for the evaluation period from July to December 2025. Action Taken: Notice of Violations were issued.
