Notice is hereby given that the Bristol Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Zoning Hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. in the Bristol Borough Municipal Building, 250 Pond Street (2 nd floor), Bristol, Pa 19007 to hear the Appeal of Brian Erwin of 2207 Farragut Avenue, Bristol, Pa 19007 (Appeal #1-26). Applicant is requesting a use variance per Section 27-313 of the Bristol Borough Zoning Ordinance to allow the conversion of the two first floor commercial units into two residential apartment units, which will create an apartment building with the existing two residential apartments on the second floor. Applicant is also requesting a variance from Section 27-407 of the Zoning Ordinance to change one nonconforming use to another nonconforming use. The property is located at 2207 Farragut Avenue, Bristol, Pa 19007 (TMP #04-027-034) which is in the General Commercial Zoning District in the Borough. Any interested person can appear to be heard.
