Public hearing for zoning appeal regarding building permit extension request.

The Penndel Borough Zoning Hearing Board by a duly appointed Hearing Officer will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. at the Borough Building, 300 Bellevue Avenue, Penndel, PA to consider the following appeal: 2026-01, filed by The Joshua Cohen Revocable Living Trust for property located at 10 Lincoln Ave, in the I District (Industrial) zoning district. On July 16, 2025, the Applicant was granted a special exception from Article IX, Nonconformities, Section 405-49.A(1), Alteration or extension, of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow for a 3,521 s.f. building addition to the existing repair garage. The Applicant is requesting an extension of time pursuant to Section 405-68.D.(5) to obtain building permits. The Board will consider any other business that comes before the Board.
