LEGAL NOTICE  Sealed bids and/or request for proposals (RFPs) will be received by Mr. Robert J. Krizansky, Board Secretary / Business Manager, Hazleton Area School District, 1515 West 23rd Street, Hazle Township, Pennsylvania 18202-1647, until 11:00 A.M. E.S.T., Wednesday, February 25, 2026, for the following:  1.) Maintenance Department Night Shift Supervision Contractor RFP  Public Bid / RFP Opening: Date:Wednesday, February 25, 2026 Time:11:05 A.M. E.S.T. Location:HASD Administration Building Second Floor Conference Room 1515 West 23rd Street Hazle Township, PA 18202-1647  A copy of the specifications for these bids/contracts /RFP's may be obtained at the office of the undersigned or call (570) 459-3111 ext. 3162. In addition, bids / RFP's may be obtained off of the school district website (http://www. hasdk12.org/webbids). Questions regarding the bid specifications should be directed via email to Robert J. Krizansky (krizanskyr@hasdk12.org). All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, which shall be plainly identified as a bid and/or RFP. Where indicated, bids / RFP's shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount specified within the specifications of the proposal to be drawn in favor of the Hazleton Area School District. Emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted.
