South Abington Elementary School MEP Upgrades Bid 02 Abington Heights School District DOCUMENT 00 1116 - INVITATION TO BID Separate sealed Bids for South Abington Elementary School MEP Upgrades shall be received by Tom Parfrey, until 2:00 PM, prevailing local time, March 12, 2026. Bids shall be received at Abington Heights District Office, 200 East Grove Street, Clarks Summit, PA. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after specified closing time, at 2:10 PM. Work will be bid as the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1 HVAC Construction Contract No. 2 Electrical Construction Bidding Documents will be available February 13, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Bidders are required to secure a complete set of Bidding Documents for all contracts. A complete set of Bidding Documents in PDF electronic format may be secured only through the Share File link from the offices of KCBA Architects, 8 East Broad Street, Hatfield, Pennsylvania, 19440 (Phone: (215) 368-5806). A nonrefundable fee of One Hundred dollars ($100.00), payable to the Architect, is required to obtain the documents. Email: bids@kcba-architects.com to register as a prime bidder. The right to waive any informality in any Bid, to reject any or all Bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders on this Work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Procurement Code for Prevention of Environmental Pollution.
