LEGAL NOTICE The Kingston Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 7:30pm, inside the Kingston Township Municipal Building, 180 E. Center St., Shavertown, Pa 18708. ITEM #1: Application #26-01, of Veolia Water Pennsylvania, Inc. 6310 Allentown Blvd., Harrisburg Pa, 17112, for a use by special exception, to conduct an expansion of a non-conforming use (building), at 514 Lakeview Drive, Kingston Township Pa. This property is in an R-1 Single Family Residential District. The application may be examined in the office of the zoning officer by appointment. Kingston Township provides reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with a disability to participate in a public meeting.
