BID NOTICE BATHROOM REPAIRS NOTICE is hereby given by the Council of Herndon Borough, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, that sealed bids are requested for repairs to the Borough Building involving the following: Demo men/women bathroom; frame out bathroom to meet ADA compliance; move steel frame door opening to center of wall to have an opening of 36"; remove old tile flooring; install new drywall plus FRP board; install new tile floor; install trim; install new toilet; install new stink; install 6 LED lights/switch/receptables; paint, remove CMU bearing wall and install new LVL beam and Herndon Borough has drawings for ADA new bathroom. Bids more than $25,000.00 shall include prevailing wage for all labor being performed under the proposed bids. All bids shall be submitted on or before March 2, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., to the Herndon Borough Council at the Herndon Borough Building at 278 North Main Street, Herndon, Pennsylvania, at which time the bids will be opened, reviewed and an award possibly made.
