LEGAL NOTICE The Borough of Kennett Square hereby announces the following Industrial Users were in SIGNIFICANT NON-COMPLIANCE (SNC) with the terms of their industrial pretreatment program wastewater contribution permits during the fourth quarter of the 2025 calendar year: Sylvan America, Inc. was determined to be in SNC because of the following violations: 1. Technical Review Criteria Violation (33 percent or more of the effluent measurements exceeded the applicable review criteria for at least one pollutant during the six-month period from July 2025 through December 2025).
