PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of West Grove will hold a zoning planning public meeting during its regular meeting on March 4, 2026 at 7:30 PM, at the Borough Municipal Building located at 117 Rosehill Avenue, West Grove, Pennsylvania. Borough Council will hear recommendations from the zoning task force, and the text and map of the zoning ordinance, including additions, deletions and revisions to the current Borough Zoning Ordinance, will be considered along with possible correlative changes to related Borough Ordinances, including provisions of the Borough's Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (“SALDO”) and Borough Code Chapter 118 Animals. Members of the general public are welcome to attend and provide comments. Borough Council may consider authorization to submit a restated zoning ordinance, revised zoning map and SALDO amendments to the Chester County Planning Commission for Act 247 review, as well as for a public hearing to be scheduled for final consideration of the ordinances in accordance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
