NOTICE West Bradford Township Zoning Hearing Board will consider the following application and all other matters that properly come before it on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, beginning at 7 p.m., at the West Bradford Township Building, 1387 Campus Drive, Downingtown, Pennsylvania: ZHB #478: Applicants/Owners: Darren and Janet Rodia, 1528 High Country Road, Downingtown, PA 19335; TPN: 50-1-27.38. Applicants are seeking a variance from West Bradford Township Zoning Ordinance Section 450-72.A (certain previously repealed residential provisions adopted by reference) to allow the installation of an in-ground swimming pool, deck, and associated improvements to exceed the maximum impervious surface coverage area allowed for a residential lot in the Bradford Pointe Subdivision, as well as any other relief that may be required. A copy of the Application is available for review at the Township Building during normal business hours.
