NOTICE THE WEST PIKELAND TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the West Pikeland Township Meeting Room, 1645 Art School Road, Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, to hear the following: THE APPLICATION OF JEFF AND RACHEL MICCO. The property is UPI #34-3H-89, also known as 1511 Quaker Way. The property is owned by the Applicants, is located in the RD – Residential Development District of the Township, and is approximately 0.3632 acres in area. The Applicants seek a variance from §403.A.6 (Applicability of Development Options) of the West Pikeland Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a 633 square foot covered patio, a 493 square foot deck with porch roof, and a fireplace, which will be located entirely within the required fifteen (15') foot rear yard setback, with an additional twenty-nine (29) square feet of impervious surface coverage and any other relief that may be necessary. All persons desiring to be heard may attend and be heard.
