BOROUGH OF PARKSIDE ORDINANCE #587 NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of Parkside will consider for adoption the following Ordinance at its meeting to be held at the Parkside Municipal Building, 22 E. Elbon Road, Parkside, PA 19015 on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 7:00pm. AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF PARKSIDE AMENDING CHAPTER 46 OF THE PARKSIDE BOROUGH CODE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL AND AMENDED REGULATIONS OF AMUSEMENT DEVICES; PROVIDING FOR DEFINITIONS OF CERTAIN TYPES OF AMUSEMENT DEVICES; PROVIDING FOR FURTHER LIMITATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR LICENSING OF AMUSEMENT DEVICES; AMENDING PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING A LICENSE; AND, AMENDING THE PROVISIONS FOR VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES FOR THIS CHAPTER.
