NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF LIENED PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that Mini U Storage (formerly Chester Heights Self Storage), located at 15 Stoney Bank Road, Glen Mills PA 19342, will hold a public auction to satisfy a landlord's lien on the personal property being stored at the address above in the units listed. The sale will be held online at www.storagetreasures.com closing at 11:00 AM on February 19th. 2026 Property will be sold to the highest bidder. Deposit for the removal and cleanup will be required. Mini U Storage reserves the right to bid at the sale and to refuse any bid. The property being sold includes contents in spaces of the following tenants.
