ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
FAIRVIEW TOWNSHIP-PICKLEBALL COURTS PROJECT
Sealed proposals will be received by Fairview Township, 7471 McCray Road, Fairview, PA, 16415, until 10:00AM on March 18, 2026. Bids will be opened on March 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Township Meeting Room, for PICKLEBALL COURTS PROJECT. Work includes, but is not limited to, earthwork, drainage, stormwater management, sidewalks, court paving, court surfacing and painting, nets and posts, fencing, electrical and lighting, and associated work. The bid is to include all labor, equipment, materials and requirements set forth in plans and specifications by Urban Engineers, Inc., 152 West 12th Street, Erie, PA., where bid documents may be obtained between 9 AM and 2 PM, weekdays, for a $100 non refundable deposit, check made payable to "FAIRVIEW TOWNSHIP". Proposal must be on forms furnished by the Engineer. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the base bid made payable to Fairview Township. The successful bidder is required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds of 100% of the contract amount. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
