Sealed proposals will be accepted by PENN TOWNSHIP (Centre County), Pennsylvania, at 113 Rachau Drive, PO Box 125, Coburn, PA 16832, until 1:00PM on March 5, 2026, for the following: T-510 - 0.09 miles, Greenbriar Gap Rd- #1. 2A AGGREGATE BASE COURSE 414 TONS, #2. RIP RAP 24 TONS, #3. BITUMINOUS SEAL COAT, Double Application 940 SY, #4. BITUMINOUS PRIME COAT 376 GAL., #5. 6" SCHEDULE 80 PIPE 40 FL. Bids will be reviewed by the Roadmaster for accuracy on March 5, 2026 at 1:30PM and awarded on March 5, 2026 at approximately 8:00 PM. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project. Bid forms may be obtained from the township website www.pentwpcentre.com under PUBLIC NOTICE or from the Twp Secretary by calling 814-349-8886.
