Howard Township Supervisors will accept bids for the following: 1B, 2A, 2RC, #4, Anti-skid, #67, DSA, Cold Patch, Asphalt Wearing and Binder. One hundred ton more or less of each item. FOB Plant and Delivered to site. Bids will be accepted until 6:30 PM March 2, 2026 at the Howard Township Building 151 Township Building Road Howard PA 16841. Bids will be opened March 2, 2026 at 7:00 PM. Materials bid as line item bids. Supervisors reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
