NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Greene Township, Clinton County, through its Board of Supervisors, is requesting comment on its proposed amendment to its Zoning Ordinance (Zoning Ordinance of 2007, as amended). This proposed amendment is providing for access to and use of data centers and declares that the enactment of this Ordinance is necessary for the protection, benefit and preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the general public, including, but not limited to, the residents of Greene Township. Ordinance No. 2026-01 and is available for review at: The Express, 9-11 W. Main Street, Lock Haven, PA 17745; and the Township Office during scheduled business hours or by appointment through Mala Moore, Township Secretary, at 570-725-3015.

The public hearing on proposed Ordinance No. 2026-01 shall be held on the 3 rd  day of March, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the Township Building, 688 E. Valley Road, Loganton, PA 17747.

The Board of Supervisors may consider enactment of the proposed Ordinance No. 2026-01 at its regularly scheduled meeting to be held at the same location immediately following the public hearing.
