NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received for Sugarloaf Township, Luzerne County at 858 Main Street, Sugarloaf, PA. 18249 until 6:00 PM on March 17, 2026 for the following: Backhoe 2011 or newer Diesel Engine 4x4 Extendahoe Auxiliary Hydraulics 4000 Hours or less All in good operating condition Enclosed Cab with working heat and air conditioning *Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality. *The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10%, payable to the Township. *The Municipality reserves the right to reject any, and all proposals. *Proposal forms may be obtained at the Township Office at 858 Main Street, Sugarloaf PA 18249, or by calling 570-788-3575 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
