ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received online by Ivyland Borough via PennBid until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time on March 17, 2026, at which time they will be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid for:
BOROUGH OF IVYLAND
GREELEY AVENUE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
PHASE II
The project consists of installing a new storm sewer trunkline with associated storm structures in Greeley Avenue from Chase Avenue to the bridge prior to West Bristol Road. This includes the removal of existing pavement & storm structures, the install of storm piping and structures, temporary E&S controls and the install/repair of bituminous pavement & top-soil/seeding.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order Ivyland Borough, or a Bid Bond in favor of Ivyland Borough in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
