MILLERSVILLE BOROUGH REQUEST FOR ASPHALT BIDS Sealed bids will be received by Millersville Borough for the following: Landis Ave Paving From Herr Ave to Wabank Road: Milling to a depth of 2" 9.5 Superpave Course in place (Prevailing wages rates apply for this project) All bids must be received on bid forms available at Millersville Borough Office, 100 Municipal Drive Millersville, PA 17551 or found on our website at millersvilleborough.org. A 10 % bid bond is required. Bids will be received until 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Millersville Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
