ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NORTHERN LANCASTER COUNTY AUTHORITY CONTRACT NO. 26-1 THREE YEAR REED BED BIOSOLIDS REMOVAL AND FINAL DISPOSITION SERVICES Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by the Northern Lancaster County Authority until 2:00 p.m. local time Wednesday, March 4, 2026. After bid opening, a public notice will be issued via PennBid containing any available bid results. It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award. All project documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on February 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Beam Road WWTP, 983 Beam Road, Denver, PA 17517. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Northern Lancaster County Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
