NOTICE TO THE CITIZENS OF EAST COCALICO TOWNSHIP Per Chapter 220, Article VI of the Code of the Township of East Cocalico, as amended, the East Cocalico Zoning Hearing Board will conduct public hearings on March 11, 2026, at 7PM at the East Cocalico Township Building, 100 Hill Road, Denver, PA, as to: Application 26-809 Gary Hurst, Owner in Equity of 100 Smokestown Rd, TPN 080-16887-0-0000, located in the Suburban Residential Zone (R-1), seeks a variance from the maximum height restriction in §220-15 E(1) of the Township Code for an Accessory Use Maximum permitted height. Application 26-810 Brianna Sears and Milton Johnson, Owner and Occupant of Record of 1 Cheery Lane, TPN 080-13516-0-0000, located in the Suburban Residential Zone (R-1), seek a special exception from §220-15 C (4) of the Township Code pursuant to Section 220-96 to operate a home-based business on the property. Applications may be examined at the Township Building, 100 Hill Road, M-F, 8AM-4:30PM. At the time of hearing any person or party interested will have full opportunity to be heard. The Board reserves the right to conduct such other business as may come before it.
