Notice is hereby given that on February 4, 2026, Mars Wrigley Confectionery US, LLC (295 Brown Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022, andy.e.king@effem.com, (717) 367-1500) filed a renewal application (SRBC Pending No. 2026-007) with the Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) for consumptive use.  Mars Wrigley Confectionery US, LLC has requested to consumptively use up to 150,000 gallons per day (gpd) of water from the Elizabethtown Area Water Authority and on-site Well #6 at a location on property identified as 20-8940055 in Elizabethtown Borough, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.  The water will continue to be used for manufacturing processes, HVAC cooling, boiler-makeup, and sanitary purposes.
