Notice is hereby given that the Fulton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a meeting on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the Fulton Township Municipal Building, 777 Nottingham Road, Peach Bottom, Pennsylvania, at which the Board will conduct the following hearings: Application of Brian Eckman for property located at 357 Black Barren Road, Peach Bottom, in the Agricultural Zone, seeking a special exception under Zoning Ordinance Section 201.8.1.D to allow the setback of an intensive agricultural operation poultry barn 100 feet from the from the required 300 foot setback. Application of Stephen Z. Fisher for property owned by Holtwood Properties, LLC identified as 1989 Lancaster Pike, Peach Bottom, in the Village Commercial Zone. Applicant seeks special exceptions without identifying a Section of the Zoning Ordinance to establish an outdoor staging area for business vehicles and equipment for ACS Family Industries, LLC, which may include pickup trucks, passenger vans, and trailers and/or storage of Five-More LLC, a sawdust supply company specializing in animal bedding together with processing operations to turn wood waste into sawdust and outdoor storage for a loader and semi trucks; and/or an automobile repair facility citing Zoning Ordinance §204.3.
