Public Notice West Fallowfield Township Ordinance To Repeal Subdivision & Land Development Ordinance Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of West Fallowfield Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, intend to consider and enact an ordinance to repeal its existing Subdivision & Land Development Ordinance at its regular meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 5, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the West Fallowfield Township building located at 6817 Main St., in Hartstown. Title of the Ordinance is An Ordinance to Repeal West Fallowfield Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. In summary, this ordinance repeals the existing Township ordinances that regulate subdivisions and land development under authority of the PA Municipalities Planning Code with the effect that thereafter subdivisions and land developments in West Fallowfield Township will be regulated under the Crawford County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. The ordinance is effective April 1, 2026.
