Petitioner attempted to serve all interested parties, but despite due diligence, certain individuals and entities could not be found or service on them could not otherwise be obtained. 3. On January 26, 2026, the Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County granted Petitioners motion to authorize service upon the individuals and entities listed below by publication one time in The Meadville Tribune, as permitted under the Pennsylvania Real Estate Tax Sale Law. 4.
