NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of East Coventry Township, at its public meeting on March 9, 2026 at 7:00 PM, in the Township Building, 855 Ellis Woods Road, Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19465, will hold a public hearing and could vote to adopt an ordinance entitled “Architectural Elevations Ordinance” amending The Codified Ordinances of East Coventry Township, Chapter 22 (Subdivision and Land Development), Part 2 (Definitions), Section 22-202 to add a new defined term architectural elevation; and amending Chapter 22 (Subdivision and Land Development), Part 3 (Plan Processing and Content), Section 22-304 (Preliminary Plan Submission, Resubmission, Review and Content), Subsections 22-304.1 (Complete Submission) to amend various subsubsections to provide for submission and distribution requirements for architectural elevations submitted in connection with land development plans; and amending Chapter 22 (Subdivision and Land Development), Part 3 (Plan Processing and Content), Section 22-304 (Preliminary Plan Submission, Resubmission, Review and Content), Subsection 22-304.2 (Review) to amend various subsubsections to provide for review by township consultants, the township Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors of architectural elevations submitted in connection with land development plans; and amending Subsection 22-304.3 (Content) to add a new Subsubsection 22-304.3.J setting forth certain regulations and requirements for architectural elevations submitted in connection with land development plans.
