PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the East Pikeland Township Transportation Advisory Committee, appointed by the East Pikeland Township Board of Supervisors under the provisions of Pennsylvania Act 209 of 1990, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Building, 1158 Rapps Dam Road, Kimberton. The Public Hearing shall be for the purpose of considering a draft Land Use Assumptions Report which describes the anticipated growth and development that may occur in East Pikeland Township over a period of the next ten years. This Report is the first step in the required procedure leading to the adoption of a Traffic Impact Fee Ordinance for East Pikeland Township under Act 209. Full copies of the Report will be available at the hearing and afterwards at the Township Building during regular business hours.
