NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that a Conditional Use Hearing will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 3:30 PM in the Township Administration Building 2nd Floor Board Room, 75 E. Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore to consider a Conditional Use Plan for 768 Mt. Moro Road, Villanova, PA 19085, Ward 6. The applicant is seeking Conditional Use approval for the installation of additional impervious coverage related to construction on a Class II Historic Resource. These changes increase the impervious surface limits to 24.7% (1,177 sq. ft), which is above the LDR2 Zoning District limit of 21%.
