Online sealed bids shall be submitted via the PennBid Program. All documents and solicitation details are available online for no cost at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on March 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. All Bidders must submit Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid total.
