41002/17/2026LEGAL NOTICE The Zoning Board of Palmer Township will meet on Tuesday March 3, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Palmer Municipal Meeting Room, located in the lower level of the Palmer Township Municipal Building, 3 Weller Place, to hear the following appeals: 26-1 7:00 p.m. 2604 Dearborn St., SP Real Estate LLC is seeking variances from the following sections to have outdoor storage on three parcels that are to the rear of the applicants lot on Dearborn Street within the General Commercial Zoning District. -190-407 to have outdoor storage in a district which is not permitted as a principal use. 190-801.A. to have use on a lot that has not been approved to meet township standards. -190-955 to not provide fencing and screening for the storage area. -190-817 relating to the regulations for outdoor storage. 26-2 7:10 p.m. 2601 William Penn Hwy, Easton Area School District is seeking a variance from section 190-421.D.1. to have a building length that would not exceed 1000 feet where a maximum of 400 feet is permitted. The applicant is also seeking a variance from section 190-405.F.9.a. to have a building with a maximum height of 59.5 feet.
