Notice is hereby provided that a public hearing on the 2025 Annual CAPER will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. and Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., located at 435 Hamilton Street, 3rd Floor, Allentown, PA 18102.
