Bids AMENDED REQUEST FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by West Finley Township at the Township Municipal Building 401 Beham Ridge Road West Alexander, PA 15367 until 2:00 P.M. March 6, 2026 for: -1,500 tons #57 crushed aggregate -2,000 tons #67 crushed aggregate -100 tons #8 aggregate All aggregate to be delivered to stock-pile Township Building 401 Beham Ridge Road West Alexander, PA 15367 -40,000 gallons E-3 asphalt road oil to be delivered and applied to various Township Roads as directed by the Foreman -7,000 gallons No 2 diesel fuel (low sulfur) to be delivered to the tank at the Township Building 401 Behm Ridge Road; escalator clause shall apply to fuel bids. All quantities are considered more or less. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "Spring Bid" Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by West Finley Township which forms can be obtained at the Municipal Building or by calling 724-484-9200. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to West Finley Township. Sealed bids will be opened on March 6, 2026 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. at the Township Municipal Building. Action on the bids will be taken at the regular meeting of the West Finley Township Board of Supervisors on March 9, 2026 at 6:30 o'clock P.M. in the West Finley Township Municipal Building 401 Beham Ridge Road West Alexander, PA 15367.
