Bids PUBLIC NOTICE Technology Equipment The Bethlehem-Center School District invites qualified vendors to submit bids for the purchase of netechnology equipment. Bethlehem-Center School District encourages MWBE certified businesses to apply. The District intends to apply for discounts on the equipment and services through the federal E-rate program. Interested vendors must take part in the FCC E-Rate program and be in good standing with the program. One electronic copy of the bid must be received by the Administration Business Office (waughm@bcasd.net) on or before 9 a.m. EST on March 11, 2026. In addition, an electronic copy must be e-mailed to the Issuing Officer and E-rate Consultant on or before 9 a.m. EST on March 11, 2026. Both copies must be identical and be labeled, E-rate Category 2 Proposal. Bids received late or incomplete will not be considered. All required Vendor information, certifications and attachments must be included with the proposal.
