PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF CHARTIERS At its regular meeting to be held on March 10, 2026 5:00 p.m., in the Municipal Building, 2 Buccaneer Drive, Houston, PA 15342, the Board of Supervisors of Chartiers Township will hold a public hearing, take public comment on, and if appropriate take action on, the conditional use application for 198 Museum Road, Washington, PA 15301 also known as Washington County Parcel ID 170-018-02-00-0005-05. The subject property is located in an I-1 Zoning District. The applicant is requesting conditional use for a temporary structure. The temporary use application is subject to Chapter 350 of the Chartiers Township Code of Ordinances, Zoning, Section 350-51.J.(48). The subject property is located in an I-1 Zoning District, and temporary structures are permitted as a conditional use.
