Legals,Legal Notices,Notice is hereby given that  3060 S 61st Owner LLC has submitted a Final Report to the Department of Environmental Protection, Southeast Regional Office, to demonstrate attainment of a combination of statewide health and site-specific standards for a site located at 3060 South 61st Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 3060 S 61st Owner LLC has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with a combination of the statewide health and site-specific cleanup standard established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act. This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2. A copy of the Final Report is available for inspection at the Eastwick Library located at 2851 Island Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19153.
