49702/19/2026https://www.post-gazette.com/PublicNoticesWest View Borough, PA - New Municipal Center, Site Construction Project 1.1 PROJECT INFORMATION Sealed bids will be received by the West View Borough 441 Perry Highway, West View Borough PA 15229 for the New Municipal Center Site Construction Project until the bid time and date at the location below. Owner (municipality) will consider bids prepared in compliance with the instructions to bidders issued by owner and delivered as follows: Bid Due Date March 25, 2026 at 4:00 PM Bid Time 4:00 PM Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. This project is a multiple phase approach that requires bidding through a general contractor at-risk, planning for four phases, specifically: Phase 1 Pre-Construction Phase 2 Site Preparation Phase 3 Existing Building Rehabilitation Phase 4 Fire Station Construction At this time, we are soliciting bids from qualified contractors or teams to complete all phases, but will award the work in phases. 1.2 Bid Security Bonds will be required with this bid. Necessary bonds for inclusion and additional documentation are provided in the bidding documents. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend; however, attendance is not required.
