49702/19/2026https://www.post-gazette.com/PublicNoticesMUNICIPALITY OF PENN HILLS ZONING HEARING BOARD LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT The Penn Hills Zoning Hearing Board will convene its regularly scheduled monthly meeting on February 25th, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Penn Hills Government Center, Council Chambers, at 102 Duff Road Pittsburgh PA 15235 to consider the following: OLD BUSINESS: Case # 17 of 2025 REVISED: Alexsandra Gutierrez of 321 Meadow Avenue, lot & block # 633-H-345 in the R-2 Single Family Residential Zoning District, is requesting a variance to permit a rear yard setback of one (1) foot where ten (10) feet is required, for an existing storage shed. Ordinance 2420 applies. NEW BUSINESS: Case # 3 of 2026: Robert Eccleston of 586 Twin Oak Drive, lot & block # 634-G-145, is requesting a Special Exception for a Home Occupation to permit the operation of an office for his construction business, M.R. McIntosh Building and Roofing. Ordinance 2420 applies. Case # 4 of 2026: Mary Colainne of 123 Glenfield Drive, lot & block # 448-K-10 in the R-1 Single Family Residential Zoning District, is requesting a variance to permit a front yard setback of 18 feet where 25 feet is required for a covered enclosure at the front of her house.
