The hearing will begin at 4:30pm and the meeting may immediately follow at the Collier Township Municipal Building, 2418 Hilltop Road, Presto, PA 15142. The hearing is regarding the application of Nixon Collier Development LLC. The applicant proposes a Planned Residential Development Nixon Development consisting of 833 Residential & Commercial Units to be located north of Noblestown Road, east of Fort Pitt Road and west of Scotts Run Road.
