Appeal No. ZN-1-2026 Matthew Benson, 144 Reed Drive, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025, lot & block 659-F-8 and 659-F-10, is requesting a variance to Zoning Ordinance 891, Article 400.3.B.2.a Accessory Uses and Structures The maximum gross floor area of a detached garage shall be 750 square feet for lots less than 2 acres. The appellant is requesting to construct a 780 square foot stand-alone garage. The property is zoned R-2, Medium Density Residential District.
