NOTICE OF INCORPORATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988 Articles of Incorporation were filed and approved with the Department of State for Stroudsburg United Methodist Church, Inc. The corporation was formed for charitable, religious, and educational purposes in accordance with the usages and appointments of the United Methodist Church, all as more fully set forth in the Articles of Incorporation of the corporation which are incorporated herein by this reference just as if the same were reproduced and republished at length herein.
