PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that H&K Group, Inc., P.O. Box 196, Skippack, PA 19474, has made application to the De-partment of Environmental Protection, Pottsville, PA, for a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit Renewal at Noncoal Surface Mining Permit (SMP) No. 45950302. Locust Ridge Quarry Operation is located in Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County. The application seeks to renew the existing NPDES permit number PA0613037 for an additional five-year period. No changes to the discharge are made with this application. The site is located approximately 1.7 inches north and 8.1 inches west as measured from the bottom right corner of the Thornhurst, PA U.S.G.S. 7.5-Minute Topographic Quadrangle map.
