HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Black Creek Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on March 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Black Creek Township Municipal Building, 1980 Tomhicken Road, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the proposal of Matthew J. Maylath, 694 Rock Glen Rd., Sugarloaf, PA for acceptance of 41.0 acres of land (03-S5-00A-13C-000) into the Agricultural Security Area (ASA). There is a public comment period for a period of 15 days prior to the public hearing in which the public may suggest modifications. A copy of the proposal is available for public inspection at the Black Creek Township Municipal Building during normal business hours. The public hearing will be immediately followed by the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors at which time they will consider adopting the proposal for the addition of the property in an Agricultural Security Area.
