HEARING NOTICE Briar Creek Township Planning Commission The Briar Creek Township Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on March 9th, 2026 at 6:00pm at the Summerhill Fire Company 422 Summerhill Rd, Berwick, PA 18603 for the purpose of receiving public comment and considering a recommendation to the Briar Creek Township Supervisors regarding a proposed new Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map. The proposed ordinance would replace the municipalitys existing Zoning Ordinance in full. The Planning Commission will review the draft ordinance, accept public comment, and consider whether to recommend its adoption to the governing body. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and offer comments. Any person with a disability requiring special accommodation to attend the meeting should notify the Briar Creek Township Office at (570)752-8262 no later than five business days prior to the meeting. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodation. A copy of the proposed Ordinances may be inspected at the Briar Creek Township Office during regular business hours.
