Paraprofessional Services Request for Proposal The Brandywine Heights Area School District is requesting proposals for contracted Paraprofessional Services. Paraprofessional management companies may submit proposals to: Brandywine Heights Area School District c/o Dr. Mandi Kercher, Director of Pupil Services 200 West Weis Street Topton, PA 19562 The Brandywine Heights Area School District Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district. Interested parties must attend a pre-proposal conference on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 1:00PM in the Brandywine Heights Intermediate/Middle School, Board Conference Room, 200 West Weis St., Topton, PA 19562.
