NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed Proposals will be received, in triplicate, at the Lower Heidelberg Township municipal building, 720 Brownsville Road Sinking Spring, PA 19608 until 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, Friday March 13, 2026 for the 2026 Roadwork Projects. Immediately following, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be considered by the Board of Supervisors at their monthly Board meeting at 3:00 pm on Tuesday March 17, 2026 at the Lower Heidelberg Township Building. The Work to be performed includes approximately 175 gallons of crack seal, 4,620 square yards of Bituminous Sealcoat double application, 8,980 square yards of Asphalt Surface Treatment, and related pavement markings. Contract Documents for the Work are on file and can be obtained at the office of Kraft Municipal Group, 6525 Shillington Plaza, Shillington PA 19607. All Documents must be picked up in person only. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening, and the Work must be completed not more than sixty days (60) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. A non-refundable fee made payable to Kraft Municipal Group, Inc. of forty dollars ($40.00) for each set of Contract Documents is required. Lower Heidelberg Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated due to budget limitations.
