PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on March 2, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Kempton Fire Company Social Hall located at 2461 Route 143, Kempton, Albany Township, Pennsylvania, the Board of Supervisors of Albany township will hold a public meeting to consider enacting the following: AN ORDINANCE OF ALBANY TOWNSHIP AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP AND BLUE RIDGE CABLE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. and AN ORDINANCE OF ALBANY TOWNSHIP AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CABLE FFANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP AND COMCAST CABLE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT, LLC.
